Microblading Eyebrows

Microblading, also known as feather, embroidery or 3D mimics the growth of your existing hair and follows the growth of the natural hair pattern. Creates bolder and the most natural-looking brows. You can hardly believe it’s not real hair!

What exactly is microblading?

Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic technique used for creating and filling in eyebrows.

It is often referred to as eyebrow embroidery and micro-stroking.  A sterilized, handheld microblade tool applies pigment with tiny needles in individual strokes, creating fine lines of color that resemble extremely lifelike hair. No damage is done to the hair you currently have, and often clients report hair grows back even better after they’ve had their eyebrows microbladed. Pigment is inserted into just the dermal layer of the skin, therefore it’s far less painful than a tattoo and will also fade in 1-3 years. This is perfect because facial shapes and eyebrow style trends change!

We can create eyebrows on a blank canvas for those who are suffering from hair loss conditions such as alopecia, trichitillomania, or clients undergoing chemo treatments. At Royal Brows, we use high quality Phi Brows pigments, customized colors, and best instruments to obtain optimal results.

With eyebrow microblading, you’ll wake up and go to sleep feeling beautiful. You will no longer worry about your eyebrows coming off in the pool or in a workout session, or anywhere. Anyone who wants to restore their brows or reshape their brows will love how this procedure, as it gives the eyes a lift!

How to prepare?

To help prevent excessive bleeding, please refrain from consuming pain relievers/killers, fish oils, and blood thinners unless directed by your physician. Do not consume alcoholic beverages and caffeine the night before and the day of your tattoo. Please refrain from exercising on the day of the procedure. Those on Accutane or other strong retinoids should wait after 6 months.  Do not apply glycolic acid, chemical peels, retinoids, exfoliators, or any products that cause sensitivity to your skin 10 days prior to your appointment. Please wax, thread or tint  brows;  10-14 days before you come in.

The day of your appointment?

If for any reason you decide not to proceed with the Hair Stroke Eyebrows tattoo service on the day of your appointment, the above-mentioned $100 deposit will become a cancellation and not be refunded.

After Care?

Gently clean the area with water. After cleaning, pat it dry with clean tissue or paper towel. Use a cotton swab to apply a very thin and clear coat of the ointment (skin candy) we provide. The ointment must be used twice a day for seven days. Microbladed eyebrows usually take 7-10 days to heal. During the healing process, you may experience minor redness, tenderness, swelling, and itchiness.

DO NOT pick, scratch, or rub your eyebrows under any circumstances.

After the procedure, eyebrows may appear too dark and look unnatural. Within 7-14 days, eyebrows will lighten about 30-50%, depending on the client’s skin type.

DO NOT apply makeup around the eyebrow area for 7-14 days until your eyebrows healed completely.

Avoid swimming pools, saunas and intense workout.  It is especially important to stay out of the sun until the skin heals.

It is IMPORTANT to notify us immediately if you notice any signs of allergic reaction or infection.

Microshading Eyebrows

Microshading, frequently known as the ‘Shadow Effect’ or Ombre Eyebrow, provides the eyebrow a gradient look with little pin-point dots. Microshading  is combined with microblading and its best suited for eyebrows that call for a little bit of shaping or anyone who has sensitive and oily skin.
